 Our Open Gym memberships are perfect for the athlete who desires the benefit of having a training plan designed with benchmarks/standards based on the athlete’s goals and timeframe that can be completed at the athletes convenience during any Open Gym hours.  Borg Performance Training athletes receive daily and/or weekly sport specific and individualized strength and conditioning training programs that can be completed at the athletes convenience during any Open Gym hours.

 By combining the individualized programming element with Open gym setting the athlete maintains a consistent, structured and well-monitored training program.  Being able to work with the athlete will allow for proper form and technique assessment and allow us to physically see athletes’ progress and make adjustments to programing as necessary.  It is the assessment of the athletes progress that drives and directs our individualized programing process and sets Borg Performance Training apart from the rest!

 Open gym memberships include a Training Peaks account for each athlete that will be used to upload individualized training programs.  Regardless of your specific sport, athletes from various sports will train alongside each other; the Coach’s role will be to focus on form, technique, and to make daily modifications to your training programs if necessary.

Compared to group fitness classes where members do the same workout of the day during a constructed class schedule, Borg Performance Training athletes can complete their daily individualized training programs at their convenience during any Open Gym hours all under the guidance of the Coach.
